David Goldsmith is President and Owner of Urban Classics in Brooklyn, NY. A longtime Brooklyn resident, David has operated his repair business in downtown Brooklyn since 1983.

About David Goldsmith

For over 20 years, he has been a regular guest speaker on The Auto Lab Radio show, aired on WMCA and WNYE. His dedication to the automotive community doesn’t stop there. He was also a teacher at the Automotive Technology Program at Bronx Community College for many years, helping to train young ambitious students as they enter into the automotive industry.

David remains very active in his community and has been a long time supporter of the public schools. He has served as PTA President at PS8, Chairperson of the School Leadership Team, and was a member of the Middle School Task Force. He also served as the Parent Association Co-President of the Arts and Letters Middle School in Fort Greene. David currently serves on the Executive Board of the District #13 Community Education Council. David is also the Vice President of the Fulton Ferry Landing Business Association.
